Hi, I’m Jens
I help organisations work better. Practically, not theoretically.

I have always been fascinated by how organisations work and how they can work better.

After studying Industrial Engineering and Management, I started my career in SAP consulting before moving into organisational transformation. Along the way, I learned that lasting results rarely come from technology alone. Real change happens when strategy, processes, technology, leadership, and teams work together.

That belief is at the heart of CONTINNOCONTinuous INNOvation through small practical improvements.

 

Today, I help organisations create clarity, remove friction, and improve collaboration. Working with leaders and teams, I turn change into practical improvements that stick.

I live with my wife and three sons in the Netherlands. And after more than 25 years working with organisations such as Unilever, ING, SAP, and PGGM, I am still curious about how people, teams, and organisations can work better together.
