I have always been fascinated by how organisations and teams work and how they can work better.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve learned that lasting change rarely comes from a new methodology, technology or big transformation programmes.

It comes from understanding what is really getting in the way and making practical improvements that work in your specific context.

That idea became CONTINNO: CONTinuous INNOvation through small practical improvements.

And that’s still what I do today.
